Delete from within the App
The easiest way to delete your account is directly inside the Baracoustic app. Follow these steps:
- 1 Open the Baracoustic app and sign in to your account.
- 2 Tap the Profile tab in the bottom navigation bar.
- 3 Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
- 4 Confirm your password and confirm the deletion when prompted.
Warning: Account deletion is permanent. Your profile, saved venues, and all associated data will be removed and cannot be recovered.
Request Deletion by Email
If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by contacting us. Please send your request from the email address associated with your account so we can verify your identity.
We will process your deletion request within 30 days and confirm once completed.

- Your account credentials and profile
- Any venues or events you created
- Your app activity and preferences
